Welcome to NEXUS, the Network for Excellence in the Unification of STEM, a student-driven initiative under the 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Nurturing Young Mindz. Based in Santa Clara County, California, NEXUS is a collaborative platform designed to empower high school students in STEM research.

Our mission is to foster innovation and knowledge sharing through workshops, mentorship, and research opportunities. With local chapters in high schools, we encourage teamwork and create pathways for students to explore and share their scientific discoveries.

Our local chapters provide a framework for students to be introduced to the research process and begin projects. We guide them step-by-step, from initial literature exploration to the completion of final deliverables, which may include a research paper or science fair presentation.
